The safari we had been dreaming about for years

Does it cost anything to request a trip?
No. Designing an itinerary is completely free and there's no obligation to book. We only get paid when you decide to travel with us.
How long until I hear back?
Most briefs get a first draft and a price within two working days. Complex multi-country trips can take a little longer — we'll tell you upfront if so.
What if I want to change things?
That's the point. Revisions are unlimited and included. Change a hotel, add a city, swap the pace — we'll keep refining until the plan is right.
Can you do private trips as well as group departures?
Yes. Every itinerary we publish can be run privately for your group, and we build fully bespoke trips from scratch too. Solo, couples, families and small groups are all welcome.
How do payments work?
Once you're happy with the plan we take a deposit to secure your dates, with the balance due closer to departure. We'll lay out the schedule clearly before anything is charged.
What if plans change after I book?
Life happens. We'll help you rework dates or arrangements wherever our partners allow, and travel insurance covers the rest. Your planner is with you right through to your return.
