A few quick answers
How quickly will I hear back?
During office hours we usually reply within a few hours. Messages sent overnight or at the weekend are picked up the next working morning.
Can I call rather than email?
Of course. Ring the number above or drop us a WhatsApp — a planner will answer, not a call centre. If we're with another traveller we'll get back to you the same day.
Do you work with travellers outside your timezone?
We do. Our planners keep flexible hours to speak with travellers across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia — just tell us the best time to reach you.
